Pippa Small’s Survival Christmas Catalogue 2010

Pippa Small is involved with the human rights organization ‘Survival International’ and she acts as an ambassador for their work in helping threatened tribal peoples. The catalogue produced by Survival for this Christmas includes Christmas cards with scenes from tribal peoples and a fabulous range designed by the illustrator Quentin Blake.
A special range of jewellery designed by Pippa Small and other Christmas goods are also included. Pippa Small’s ‘Flower’ earrings, necklaces, bracelets are some of the most beautiful pieces offered in this year’s catalogue. Pippa Small’s Rainforest earrings are also part of the collection of the unique gifts that are meant to help fund Survival’s urgent work, that is defending the rights of threatened tribal peoples around the world.
The elegant gold-washed Rainforest earrings were inspired by the spectacular foliage of the Amazon rainforest and are adorned with pink tourmaline stones. The pieces in the ‘Flower’ collection are inspired by the flowers worn by the Dongria Kondh people of Orissa, India. Besides 22 carat gold-washed silver, blue grey labradorite is used to obtain the astonishing effect.
